Internal Representation of Integral Data Using a One's Complement Storage Mode

Given the internal representation of an integer, the application associated with this form computes and displays the decimal equivalent assuming a one's complement storage mode is being used. The internal representation may be entered in either binary, quaternary, octal, or hexadecimal. The user also indicates the word size in bits: either 4, 8, 16, or 32.
